Rait Hall is a co-ed hall and houses 198 first and second year students. The rooms are furnished with carpet and stationary furniture including two extra-long twin sized beds, 两个衣柜, 两个桌子, 还有两把椅子. Some of the rooms have moveable furniture, including two extra-long twin sized beds with wardrobes, 桌子, 椅子, 还有梳妆台. There are also balconies on most 2nd and 3rd floor rooms.

Rait Hall offers community bathrooms, study lounge, TV lounge, free laundry and vending machines. A student-staffed front desk is also provided for your security and convenience.
